We just returned from a wonderful trip to China. We loved to see so much of this large country and visiting cities and villages. The people were so warm and friendly, and I was struck by how much they love their children. We were there 7 years ago and much has changed. Now people are smiling and laughing, and showing public displays of affection. We were in Guilin and parts around there, we saw X'ian and the terracotta warriors, Beijing, then we headed down to Shanghai to spend time with our good friends Aaron and Heather Stucki who are living there. They were the perfect hosts and Heather is a shopper extraordinaire for great bargains. Here are a few pictures of our trip to China.
